On Saturday, April 4th we headed to Veteran's Park for an Easter Egg Hunt. We practiced the night before so Phoenix would understand what to do and he caught on really quickly.
It was such a beautiful day for the hunt and all of the kids were really having a great time. Phoenix was content collecting pine cones and playing in the gravel until the Easter Egg Hunt started and off he went to collect eggs. He had fun and held onto his basket really good. He didn't really want to put his eggs in the basket he kept wanting to hold them all in his hands, but he would eventually put them in his basket and off he would go to find another one.
The Easter Bunny also surprised everyone by coming by to visit. Phoenix didn't want anything to do with him, he wanted to go play. He did however touch his eyes and nose later and that was about it. Isabelle on the other hand LOVED the EASTER NUNNY!!! as she calls him. I think she could have stayed with him all day and even gone home with him. She loved that bunny!
It was such a fun day. I am hoping to have some more pictures of all of our friends & their kids that came up before too long. Hope everyone has a wonderful Easter weekend!

The easter egg hunt was so much fun! It is hard to keep up with Phoenix..he is all over the place now..but he has a good time and he did not like the easter bunny at all! It makes no sense because he loved Santa Claus..kids!!!
