Cookin' Up Some Fun With Isabelle!

Last Monday, Feb. 23rd Phoenix & I went over to play with Cousin Isabelle & Cousin Brady and Aunt Lori. Isabelle has a play kitchen that Phoenix just went nuts over. He opened & closed all the cabinets and really liked the refrigerator. He carried the cups around and then he discovered the pots & pans and started taking the lids on & off those. Isabelle taught him how to drink "pretend" milk out of the carton and he liked that and soon started doing that while we were over there.

They have so much fun together and are so close. Isabelle is likes to be a "little mother" to him and sometimes Phoenix doesn't like it, but most days he just loves being around his cousin and having fun.

Poor little Brady has to put up with the noise these two make. He is a good sport. On this particular day they were playing, Lori had laid Brady down for a nap in his playard in the next room. Phoenix & Isabelle soon came in there and started playing which woke Mr. Brady up. He was kind of in a semi-awake state when all of a sudden...Phoenix tripped and headed straight towards the playard at a frightening speed and put his hands out to stop himself and instead took Brady on the ride of his life! The playard went flying across the room and stopped when it hit the wall. Poor Mr. Brady went from semi-awake to wide eyed in a split second. Once we realized both of them were okay, we laughed so hard. There is no telling what all they will do to Brady!

What a fun filled day! Little did we know that the next day we would end up at Children's Hospital in the ER! I will try to have those pictures and the story posted above really soon.
